Construction Management

General Contractor

The Construction Manager is used when the owner or client takes a more active part in the planning and execution of the project, utilizing the Construction Manager to conduct the administrative portions of the project.

The key benefits for using Construction Management are:

  • Provides supervision of the administrative and construction portions of the project.
  • Usually conducted at a lower fee than a full General Contract due to the reduced liability and responsibility for the work.

When using construction management the owner will have more control over the process of the build instead of the company hired to handle the tasks.
