A full General Contractor is used on projects with a full set of plans in which the owner or client wants the General Contractor to accept all obligations for the coordination of a project, from working with the Architect, to the subcontractors, administering all supervision and requirements to complete the work.
- Gives the owner a defined cost.
- Relieves the owner from as much liability as possible in the execution of the project.
- Gives the owner a warranty on the project from the General Contractor for one year after the work is completed.
