Project Details:

The Lithia Springs Senior Center was designed for Douglas County seniors who want to stay engaged with their community. Offering a therapeutic heated pool, indoor pickle ball courts, dance studio, gymnasium, computer center, library, game room, café and lounge, the facility offers residents a number of activities, classes and gathering spaces under one roof.

 

Headley Construction constructed the 18,000 square foot complex, designed Carter Watkins Architects Associates Inc. In addition to spaces for seniors, it houses administrative offices, a lecture hall, and multiple gathering areas.
