Headley Construction worked with several partners to convert this unique, century old cotton mill into a live/work/play establishment as part of a massive adaptive reuse project.

With over 50 unique floor plans, 145 loft-style apartments, and 27,000 sq ft of retail space, the distinct loft-style apartments complement the historic downtown community. Newnan Lofts features all the charm of yesteryear like original hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams and brick walls as well as oversized windows and high ceilings.
