Trackmobile Office Addition

The Trackmobile Office Addition project consisted of a 24,000-square-foot Class A expansion in Lagrange, Georgia. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing facility, the new space features a bold exterior with modern metal panel cladding and an interior layout that includes open office areas, large conference and training rooms, employee lounges, and a premium-finished kitchenette. At the core of the building, a 1,200-square-foot FEMA-rated storm shelter was incorporated to provide employees with safety and security, reflecting both resilience and long-term growth for Trackmobile's operations.
